As many of you know, Mommy, Daddy, the Oaf, and myself met up with the Little Oaf and Aunt Jennie for a race this past weekend. I've been exhausted, so I haven't gotten to share with my wonderful audience about this...different...experience. It was a VERY long trip, but it was a lot of fun. On our second day of the trip Mommy saw a park, so we stopped mostly to let the Oaf get some of his oafiness out. That puppy can be a little wild if he's in a crate all day long. It was a typical park with lots of really neat trails and some swimming holes. It was very hot, so I thought it best to hop into a swimming hole or two (after the Oaf of course, I have to let the guinea pig make sure its safe). After we hiked some we went back to the car, and hit the road again, but we weren't in the car for NEARLY the same amount as before. It seemed like no time at all and we were in a hotel room. A little bit after we arrived Mommy's phone rang and she went outside for a little bit. When she came back, she had Aunt Jennie and my cousin the Little Oaf with her! I knew this was going to be fun! Anytime Aunt Jennie comes to a hotel with us, we always have lots of fun. Later that evening we drove to a place with a BUNCH of dogs and loud music! Mommy made me wear my harness with my "Aramda-geddon" patches on it. Big Oaf wore his harness with his "Super Trek" patches, and the Little Oaf had a harness that matched ours with patches that read "Princess." We stood in line for a little bit while Mommy, Daddy, and Aunt Jennie picked up some bags, then we walked around and looked at some things, and talked to people and their dogs. We went back to the hotel where we had dinner and Mommy said we needed to "rest up for the big day tomorrow." Whatever that's supposed to mean....

Well the big day ended up being the WEIRDEST hike ever!!!! First we ended up running up and down some sand dunes, then on a big dog walk with some jumps on it, and then Mommy put me in a pool of water (angry face). She helped me get through it, but it still wasn't very fun. Next we ran in a creek! Don't these people realize that it's much easier to run next to the creek. Then Mommy put me in a a REALLY long tunnel and she crawled through it with me. We ended up having to wait for the Little Oaf and Aunt Jennie after that. This hike included more weird things, like more big tunnels, A-Frames that Mommy did WITH me, another run through a bigger creek, this time it was WAY longer than the first one. Mommy and Aunt Jennie switched back and forth between handing me and the Little Oaf. The Little Oaf doesn't have very good manners, so it was easier on Aunt Jennie if she walked me instead. It was a long hike, but a fun hike. Mommy said I was the worse dog for hills ever. I think I'll take that as a compliment. The end of the race was pretty easy, except Mommy jumped into a big thing of water, and I wasn't falling for her tricks again, so I went around! The most amazing thing happened after the race, both of the Oafs laid down and acted like they had manners for once. We also got a pretty cool medal!

Our trip home was REALLY long, but we did it all in one day. It was quite boring and uneventful to be honest, except the Big Oaf and I finally added Georgia to a state we've been too! Mommy made sure we stopped in Georgia so we could put our paws on the ground. That means me and the Oaf have been to all of the states in the Eastern Time Zone, except Maine, Delaware, and Flordia. We've also been to Alabama now! We're well traveled little pups!

Tchau!!!
