YESTERDAY WAS THE BEST DAY EVER!!!
DADDY IS HOME!!!!! He has been gone forever. I was afraid he wasn't coming back and Mommy would put me in a crate every day when she leaves. Before it was time for Mommy to get home, I heard someone come in the door while Armada and I were stuck in bed. Then Daddy came in our room! I got so excited that I was spinning around and trying to get out. I can't believe he did it, but he let Armada out first and pet him. To get his attention, I started shaking and squealing. Finally, he let me out so I could give him kisses too! He played with me and Armada for a bit and let us outside. But, Daddy was apparently tired so he let us go up to upstairs with him to his room. He fell asleep really fast but I was too excited. So, I started kissing him. When I got to his face, unfortunately, it woke him up. But I had already kissed his arm and chest. After he went to get a towel and wipe off, he took me downstairs and then he went back upstairs for a while. Maybe I kissed him too much? That cant be the issue because I missed him so much.
When Mommy got home, we loaded up in her fast moving box. I should have known I was going to do something fun. DADDY IS HOME! We haven't got to play since he left and I am so full of energy. We got up to Aunt Mamma's house and got to play in the pond. Armada and I ran all over the hill and swam in the pond. Later, Daddy and I swam together. He doesn't give me as many treats as he used to but I like swimming with him and it makes him happy so I keep doing it. He has been working on this game called "Go get it." I haven't quite figured this one out and Daddy has been gone for so long, that I was having trouble concentrating. After a few more games like "bring it" and "hand", we went off the hill so I could see Mommy Doodlebug and Jack. I got a nice shower from Aunt Momma and then went home.
I was hoping I would get to sleep with Daddy but he didn't let us. I heard him tell Mommy that he didn't want another bath from me. I have no idea what that means. If he is upset at me, I will have to give him more kisses later.
I am so glad Daddy is back. So much more fun!
